I have a few questions about the MW3 RPG. These are just the ones that are right on my mind, and keep in mind, I don't have any Revised or add-ons for MW3, just the original rulebook.

We playtested for MechWarrior 3rd Edition, and enjoyed some of those campaigns as well- but hit our stride with Time of War where we had a 17-player campaign in which the PCs formed their own Houses Minor banded together under their Duke in exile to take back the planet Royal from House Kurita after it fell in the Fourth War. I got 3rd edition MW at release, and I loved it at the time, too (I'm a sucker for lifepaths). Fast forward to. Back when the new A Time of War RPG got into beta release I bought it for nostalgia's sake, but never really got around to actually read it. And I've tried to, now, emphases on 'tried'.

2. Do grenade launchers attach to ANY kind of rifle, provided that it's of the rifle class?

If you're using stacking armor, ie, flak vest and ablative vest, and there's a piercing attack that removes 1 AP, does it remove 1 AP from BOTH armor pieces, or just the armor that's stronger against that particular attack (in the above example, against, say, a laser rifle, would the ablative take the hit or would both the ablative and the flak armor take the hit)?
